The JNMS strongly follows the policy against simultaneous submission and copyright policy. Authors should ensure in written to the publisher that the manuscript submitted to JNMS is not simultaneously submitted or will not be submitted to any other journal or publisher. Moreover, the manuscript should not be submitted anywhere else during the pendency of the review process which will take about three months, in general. Once a manuscript is accepted by or published in the JNMS, it becomes the property of JNMS, whose permission is mandatory for any operations covered by the Copyright Act.
